While exploring materials to build the sculptures, I wanted to focus on elevating my work because I had limited resources. I decided to include color to bring a sense of vibrancy and life to the pieces, which resonates with my artistic practice, as many of my works are characterized by bold, colorful elements. I felt the work was lacking emphasis, so I added small details and created new ideas by moving the pieces, I realized that in order to capture a viewer's attention I needed to make the sculptures stand out more.
